Job opportunity
The institution is seeking to recruit an exceptional Principal to provide visionary leadership, uphold excellence, and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate should be an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing institutions, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the school’s strategic plan.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality programs.
- Manage, recruit, Mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff of the School.
- Promote a supportive learning environment that enhances student achievement and well-being.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, accountability and financial sustainability.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, regulators, and the wider community
Minimum qualifications:
- An active member of the Anglican Church.
- A degree in education or a related field from a recognized university
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in strategy execution, people management and financial management.
- Knowledge of other languages, church operations, and current education trends will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Digital Platforms and Technology will be an added advantage
