The institution is seeking to recruit an exceptional Principal to provide visionary leadership, uphold excellence, and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate should be an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing institutions, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the school’s strategic plan.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality programs.
• Manage, recruit, Mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff of the School.
• Promote a supportive learning environment that enhances student achievement and well-being.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, accountability and financial sustainability.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, regulators, and the wider community

Minimum qualifications:

1. An active member of the Anglican Church.
2. A degree in education or a related field from a recognized university
3. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in strategy execution, people management and financial management.
4. Knowledge of other languages, church operations, and current education trends will be an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of Digital Platforms and Technology will be an added advantage
